Tour Purchase and Payment Regulations:

• Customers must register and provide visa application documents at least 20 days prior to the departure date.
• A deposit of 50% of the total tour price/person is required. The remaining balance must be paid 07 days before the departure date (for regular tours) and 21 days before the departure date (for tours during Holidays and Tet).
• Customers whose nationality is visa-exempt or who already have a valid visa will receive a deduction of 3,000,000 VND/person.

Tour Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation from 30 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 10% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation from 16 – 29 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 30% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation from 08 – 15 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 60% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation from 04 – 07 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation from 01 – 03 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.
• The cancellation period is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays and Tet holidays.

• Prepare essential medications such as: painkillers, stomach medicine, flu medicine, adhesive bandages, nasal allergy medicine...
• Guests requiring regular medication must bring an adequate supply and use it as prescribed.
• Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health commitment with the Company.
• Guests aged 75 and above must provide a medical certificate from a doctor confirming they are fit for international travel, sign a health commitment with the Company, and be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. Guests over 75 years old must pay an additional premium insurance fee (varies by tour).
• For safety reasons, we do not accept guests aged 80 and above or those who are 5 months pregnant or more.
• Flight schedules are subject to change by the airlines without prior notice in certain cases.
• Depending on the actual situation, the order of sightseeing attractions may change while still ensuring all original points of interest are visited.
• Travelers must be present at Tan Son Nhat Airport - International Departure Terminal 03 hours before flight time. If travelers arrive late and the check-in counter is closed, they will bear the costs equivalent to a cancellation on the departure date; the company holds no responsibility.
• Guests are responsible for compliance with the Exit and Entry regulations of the host countries. If entry is refused, the travel company will not refund any costs, and the guest must bear any arising expenses. The company commits to providing support within its capacity but is not liable for costs if the guest is detained or refused entry by local immigration. In such cases, per local provider regulations, no refunds will be issued for unused services.
• The company is not responsible and will not refund tour costs if the guest is refused entry due to personal reasons or background. (Guests who own or represent a business license/individual business household must fulfill all TAX obligations with state authorities before exiting Vietnam).
• Foreign nationals must have a valid Vietnam entry visa at the time of departure. For Foreign/Overseas Vietnamese guests, please check if the visa is single or multiple entry. For re-entry visas, guests must bring two 4x6 white background photos and their Vietnam entry visa during the trip.
• We will not be responsible for ensuring sightseeing spots in cases of: Natural disasters (floods, droughts, earthquakes...), security incidents (terrorism, protests), or aviation incidents (technical issues, security, rescheduling, or flight cancellations).
• In such events, we will consider refunding the costs of unvisited attractions where possible (after deducting completed services like visa fees) and will not be liable for any additional compensation.
• Guests are requested not to leave the group throughout the tour program.
• Upon registration, please read the itinerary, price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation conditions carefully. If a third party registers on your behalf, please ensure you have been fully informed by them. The Travel Company will not be liable for costs arising from the guest's failure to thoroughly understand the registration conditions, notes, inclusions, exclusions, and the tour program.
