Purchase and Payment Regulations:
- Customers are required to register and pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour price per person. The remaining balance must be paid 07 days prior to departure (for regular tours) and 21 days prior to departure (for tours during public holidays and Tet).
Tour Cancellation Conditions:
- Cancellation immediately after registration: The cancellation fee is 50% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation 04 - 07 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 90% of the total tour price.
- Cancellation 01 - 03 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price.
- The cancellation period is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and Tet holidays.
- Please prepare essential medical items, including medications for headaches, stomachaches, and flu symptoms, alongside band-aids and nasal allergy medication.
- For safety reasons, we are unable to accept guests with severe cardiovascular conditions, unstable blood pressure, or who are currently pregnant.
- Depending on real-world conditions, the itinerary order may be adjusted; however, all originally scheduled sightseeing destinations will still be fully guaranteed.
- Foreign passport holders must possess a Vietnamese entry visa that remains valid through the departure date. Regarding visas for foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese, please verify whether the entry visa is single or multiple-entry. Guests requiring a re-entry visa must bring two 4x6 cm passport-style photos with a white background and their current Vietnamese visa upon immigration.
- We shall not be held responsible for guaranteeing sightseeing destinations in the event of natural disasters, such as storms, floods, droughts, and earthquakes, or disruptions caused by pandemics, terrorism, protests, and labor strikes. Should any of these situations occur, we will consider refunding the cost of unvisited attractions on a best-effort basis after deducting expenses for services already rendered, with no further compensation or liability for additional costs.
- In the event that the tour group does not reach the minimum number of participants required to depart, Blue Vigor Travel reserves the right to reschedule the trip to the nearest available departure date. If customers are unable to adjust their schedules to join the next tour, we will refund the tour deposit or full payment after deducting any actual costs incurred.
- When registering for a tour, please read the itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies carefully. In cases where registration is completed by a third party on your behalf, please ensure you thoroughly review the entire tour program with the person who registered you. The travel company will not be held liable for any arising costs or claims if guests fail to fully understand the registration conditions, terms, inclusions, exclusions, and overall tour itinerary.
