For Passengers Who Are Denied Entry:

• The company commits to providing information and assistance to passengers within its capacity, but shall not be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred if passengers are detained by the immigration authorities of the destination country at the border or denied entry and are unable to travel with the group. In such cases, although it is not our intention, due to the regulations of the service providers in the destination country, the company is unfortunately unable to refund any costs to passengers, even for services that have not yet been provided.

• Passengers are kindly requested to provide complete invoice information at least 03 days prior to the tour departure date. After this deadline, we will be required to issue the full invoice for tour settlement in accordance with regulations. Any subsequent complaints regarding the invoice will not be processed.

Tour Cancellation Conditions:

• Tour registration terms: Passengers are required to pay a 50% deposit upon booking and settle the remaining balance 10 days prior to departure.

• Cancellation after registration: The cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit.

• Cancellation more than 10 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 70% of the total tour price. (Calculated based on working days).

• After the above period: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour price. (Calculated based on working days).

• After making payment, if passengers wish to cancel the tour, they must bring their passport/ID card and payment invoice to the company's office to complete the cancellation procedure. The company does not accept tour cancellation requests made by phone.

• Prior to tour registration, please carefully review the itinerary, terms, inclusions, and exclusions. If a third party registers on your behalf, please ensure you have been fully informed of all program details by that person.
• Your passport must be signed and valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
• As this is a join-in group tour for individual travelers, a minimum of 10 adults is required to guarantee departure as scheduled. If the minimum number is not met, the company will notify you 7 days before departure to reschedule or provide a full refund.
• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals with a loose-leaf visa must carry it during the tour.
• Travelers with dual citizenship or travel documents (non-naturalized) must inform the staff at the time of booking and submit original documents along with any relevant paperwork.
• Travelers aged 70 to 75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit for international travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old.
• Pregnant travelers must inform our staff for further advice. For safety reasons, we do not accept travelers who are 5 months pregnant or more.
• Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized person with a valid power of attorney from the parents.
• A supplement fee applies for guests requesting a single room.
• Children aged 2 to under 11 = 85% of the adult tour price + 100% of taxes (sharing bed with parents).
• Each pair of adults is allowed only one accompanying child. A second child will be charged the full adult rate to ensure proper room standards.
• Flight schedules are subject to change by the airlines without prior notice.
• The sequence of sightseeing attractions and the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions while ensuring all original sites are visited. Official hotel names will be confirmed during the group briefing one day before departure.
• This is a pure leisure tour; travelers are not permitted to leave the group during the entire program.
